me he ambiado el ordenador

A ver. Dándole a Create this file now te creará automáticamente el wx9.html en webfiles. No hace falta borrar el que haya ni nada. Se sobreescribirá el existente.
Primero comprueba que el que tienes en webfiles está actualizado. Si no, como ya te he dicho créalo manualmente.
Si lo crea manualmente entonces debe de ser cosa de los tiempos de creación que tengas asignados. Comprueba que los tengas en la ventana correspondiente.

sale todo bien, igual q en el portatil, y tambien he mirado lo del regional i esta bien i me da el error :(
