Edita meteoclimatic.ini con nano /home/pi/meteoclimatic/star_meteoclimatic_linux/meteoclimatic.ini

Reemplaza el código de estación que hay por defecto por el tuyo en los dos sitios en los que están puestos y en Path= pon esa ruta ya que la que tienes es la antigua no encuentra la plantilla ahí.
