Mapa de estaciones Weewx

Veo muchos huecos en el mapa de estaciones Weewx

Me consta que hay muchísimas más funcionando, pero que no aparecen en el mapa.

Para aparecer solo hay que modificar el fichero weewx.conf

Poniendo a True el valor "register_this_station" vuestra estación aparecerá en el mapa con la próxima generación.

También es necesario que los datos de localización geográfica de la estación y la URL de vuestra web estén correctamente definidos en la sección Station

Hola, no aparezco en el mapa. No debe ser tan sencillo como dices, sólo poner True. Parece ser que es necesario tener página web, cosa que no todos tenemos:

To add your station to this list, you must do two things:

1- Enable the StationRegistry in weewx.conf by setting the option register_this_station to True. Your station will contact the registry once per week. If your station does not contact the registry for about a month, it will be removed from the list.

2- Provide a station_url, either in section [Station], or in the [[StationRegistry]] section.

Bueno, no me sorprende, la verdad... Aquí, el de Matueca, otra vez demostrando una profunda ignorancia con ésto de las "nuevas" tecnologías. Ya estamos en el mapa de WeeWX: http://weewx.com/stations.html

A ver......no es por nada.....

Según las estadísticas de Meteoclimatic:

Hay 163 estaciones con Weewx en Meteoclimatic

Me consta que hay más, porque al principio de los tiempos, no había opción de elegir Weewx como software.

A ver donde están todas esas estaciones en el mapa de Weewx.

No cuesta dinero, y es un reconocimiento para los programadores de Weewx.

Supongo que a la mayoría de ellos les pase como me pasaba a mí. Puro desconocimiento de esa opción. Además para enterarse a través de este foro es necesario visitarlo aunque no tengas problema o incidencia que solucionar.

No conocía esta posibilidad de weewx; debo decir que estoy asombrado con la fiabilidad y robustez de este software.

Te he hecho caso y ya he añadido mi estación "San Sebastian - Arriola"  al mapa, aunque estoy bastante oculto al estar tapado por otra estación de San Sebastián.
