Te sugiero que borres toda presencia de Weewx y hagas una instalación limpia.

Siento no poder ayudarte con el driver de WMR300.....la información en el foro de weewx es que funciona correctamente, con algunas peculiaridades.

Todo funciona ok ahora. Instalada imagen en limpio y weewx 3.4.0 los datos ya son buenos.

Me había parecido ver alguna mezcla de cosas que me habían llamado la atención.

Pero al no tener en funcionamiento ni la 3.3 ni la 3.4 pues tampoco podía ayudar, solo sugerirte hacer lo que has hecho.
