huele al mismo problema que tenia yo, de permisos de acceso, bien de directorios o bien de la base de datos

That was the problem initially, I think I solved that,but now the server is completely down most of the time, it sometimes works for a very short period and then gives some server error or DNS error, this is clearly a server problem.
Is this a free hosting?

Hola de nuevo, one.com no es un hosting gratuito, es de pago, y el de aruba.it tambien es de pago y no funciona en ningun de los dos.
Por otro lado lado, y esto es para kocher, esta alojado en la raiz del servidor, es decir meteoguadamur.es/index.php lógicamente creo que sobra decir que el index no hay que escribirlo, no hay ninguna carpeta llamada meteotemplate, muchas gracias por vuestro interés.

I made a little test:
the meteotemplate files are in "template" folder on your server.
In your root of the server, I created a blank page "index.html" - only <html><body></body></html> - just to test
and when I try entering your domain, it should load this page, which cannot contain any errors because it is just a blank HTML page - and the server responds with an error. So there must be a problem with your server.

Pero, la página no termina de cargar
