I think I see the problem

I looked again at your FTP and if you look at the permissions/groups you will see that the Cumulus folder has permission for the public group 3098871, but all Meteotemlate folders do not have permission for this public group - which is why the files are inaccessible from the web. You need to set the privilages for this group to those folders.

it's not possible to change owner/group with FTP. You need to do this through a ssh login or similar

I really don't know, the template was working fine and now suddenly it gives DNS error... this is clearly a problem with the server! The template cannot have any effect on DNS, so if you see DNS error it must be server problem

DNS is something that is dealt with even before any pages are loaded, therefore this must be a problem with the server, I really can't help in this case. I installed the template into "template" directory, everything is set up, you have to ask your hosting support to tell you why on Earth is it not working as it should.
